Open Communication Policy

We maintain an open communication policy to create awareness of child’s progress, understand school policies and improve communication skills.

Preschool Management System - Qoqolo App

Every parent will have access to the Qoqolo app which teachers will use to communicate regularly with parents. Teachers will keep you updated on the centre’s activities and about your child. Parents can also view the check in and out status of your child.

Learning Portolio

The child is assessed twice a year and after 6 months upon entering the centre. These assessments provide parents and teachers opportunities to monitor the child’s performance and share experiences at home and in the centre. Parents will be informed of these assessments.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

There will be two scheduled Meet-the-Parent Conference in a year where teachers will share with parents on your child’s developmental milestones. Parents are encouraged to share their observations and feedback with the teachers.

Go-Go Family!

We would like to provide suggestions to establish

supportive home environments to ensure children attend

school regularly, aware why school is important and

develop respect for parents. To support this, we organize

activities include parenting talks and provide volunteering

opportunities for parents to participate.

📷 Parental Involvement Month

We dedicate one month with fun filled activities for

parents to be involved and engaged in the centre’s

activities such as “Parental Outing” and “Tea-session with

Parents”.

Our Meals

Nutritional Menu

Lunch is nutritious and the menu varies from day to day. Our menu adheres to HPB's guidelines on healthy meals.

Diverse Menu

We offer two types of menu; No Pork No Lard with no beef and Vegetarian menu. The meal basically consists of meat, vegetable, soup, and dessert for the Halal menu. A copy of the menu can be found on the school's notice board.

Handling Food Allergies

Parents are to declare your child’s allergy in the registration form. Parents should also keep the teachers informed of the child’s allergy.

For children with high-risk food allergies

Parent or guardian is to provide the Centre a copy of the Action Plan for Anaphylaxis that is signed by a medical practitioner. This would enable us to work together with the parent or guardian to manage the child’s condition in the Centre and provide a timely response in the event the child has an allergic reaction.
